General terms and conditions of sale
The terms that apply to every transfer you book with us. Last updated: 06/10/2026.
1. Who we are
Paris Disney Ride is a trade name of SARA TRANSPORT SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 1 Square du Picolo, 95110 Sannois, France.
- SIRET: 908 982 804 00019
- EU VAT number: FR34 908 982 804
- Phone and WhatsApp: +33 7 64 82 82 77
- Email: disneyride@parisdisneyride.com
In these terms, "we" or "the provider" means SARA TRANSPORT SAS, and "the customer" means the person making the booking.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern private chauffeur-driven passenger transport services booked through parisdisneyride.com, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
By confirming a booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms. The version in force at the time of booking applies.
3. The services
We provide private transfers with a professional driver holding the authorisations required for VTC (licensed private hire) in France, in particular:
- transfers between the Paris airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais), the city and Disneyland Paris;
- transfers within Paris and the Île-de-France region;
- long-distance journeys in France and neighbouring countries;
- hourly hire of a vehicle with driver.
Vehicles are shown as "or similar": we may replace the planned model with another of equivalent or higher category and capacity, at no extra cost to the customer.
4. Booking and formation of the contract
The customer enters the journey, date, time and the number of passengers and suitcases. The total price is shown before any payment details are entered.
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed, or when the deposit is paid for the cash payment option. The customer then receives an email confirmation with the booking reference.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided: addresses, flight number, number of passengers, luggage and contact details. Incorrect information may prevent the service from being provided as planned.
5. Prices
Prices are in euros, taxes included, and are per vehicle, not per person. They include fuel, tolls, luggage within the vehicle's capacity and the waiting time stated in section 9.
- Journeys listed in our price table have a fixed price, with no night or bank-holiday surcharge.
- Journeys not in the table are priced by road distance: €1,90/km in a sedan and €2,70/km in a Mercedes V-Class, with a minimum of €50 per service.
- Hourly hire is charged at €50/h in a sedan and €70/h in a Mercedes V-Class, with a minimum of 3 hours.
- A return journey costs exactly double the one-way fare.
The price that applies is the one shown and confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Payment
When booking, the customer chooses one of these payment methods:
- Bank card or PayPal: the full amount is paid when booking, through the secure Stripe platform. We do not store card details.
- Cash: the customer pays a €20 deposit online to confirm the booking and pays the balance to the driver in cash on the day of the service.
7. Cancellation and changes by the customer
Any cancellation or change must be sent by WhatsApp to +33 7 64 82 82 77 or by email to disneyride@parisdisneyride.com, quoting the booking reference.
- More than 24 hours before the pick-up time: free cancellation. The amount paid is refunded, including the €20 deposit for cash payments.
- Less than 24 hours before the pick-up time: no refund is given.
Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest. How long the amount takes to show in the customer's account depends on their bank or PayPal.
Changes to the date, time or journey are accepted subject to availability. If a change affects the price, the customer is told before it is confirmed.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-2, 9° of the French Consumer Code, passenger transport service contracts are excluded from the rules on distance contracts. Consequently, the 14-day withdrawal period provided for in Article L221-18 of that code does not apply.
This does not affect the free cancellation described in section 7, which we offer of our own accord.
9. Waiting time and no-shows
- Airports: flight tracking + 1 hour of free waiting time after landing.
- Hotels, apartments, houses, restaurants, offices, Disneyland Paris and other addresses: 20 minutes of free waiting time.
- Train stations: 30 minutes of free waiting time.
Beyond the included waiting time, any extra waiting is agreed with the customer and charged at the current hourly rate, after telling them.
If the customer does not show up by the end of the included waiting time and cannot be reached by phone or WhatsApp, the service is considered completed and no refund is given.
10. Customer obligations
- State the number of passengers and suitcases correctly. The sedan takes up to 4 passengers and 4 suitcases; the Mercedes V-Class up to 8 passengers and 8 suitcases. If the actual luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle booked, the driver may refuse to carry the excess or offer a suitable vehicle at the corresponding price.
- Request any child seats needed when booking and give the children's ages. The seats are free. French law requires a suitable child restraint.
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking and drinking alcohol on board are not allowed.
- Wear a seatbelt for the whole journey.
- Damage or exceptional soiling caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged to the customer.
11. Delays and force majeure
We undertake to carry out the service at the agreed time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptional traffic, accidents, road closures, weather conditions or any case of force majeure.
We recommend that customers allow enough time so as not to miss a flight or train. We do not cover costs arising from a missed connection caused by a delay beyond our control.
12. Liability and insurance
Our vehicles and drivers are insured for passenger transport, in line with the regulations that apply to licensed private hire (VTC).
The customer is responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for the loss of items left in the vehicle, although we will do our best to return them if they are found.
13. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must be sent by email to disneyride@parisdisneyride.com, quoting the booking reference. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
14. Personal data
The details provided when booking are used to provide the service, contact the customer and meet our legal obligations. How we handle them is described in our privacy policy.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights a consumer customer has in their country of residence.
